City E-Bikes offers free Truck shipping on qualified orders. Valid on orders shipped in Canada only.

Processing time
We will make the order shipping label within 24 hours. Order will be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders will not be processed on Saturday or Sunday.
Shipping methods: Truck shipping.
Shipping fee: City E-Bikes offers free shipping on qualified orders.

Track your order:
- When your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Local Pickup
To avoid more damaged packages in delivery. We are welcome people to drop by our warehouse and pick the scooter up on your own.
$300 off for E-scooter.
Step 1. Contact us (service@cityebikes.ca) to get electric invoice.
Necessary information that customers need to provide:
- Your name, phone number and email address.
- Which City E-Scooter’s model and which color.
Step 2. Get an appointment from our colleagues in the warehouse.
- Appointment phone number.
- Pick up location.
- Payment before picking up.
