The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the most quickest but also most expensive way. By ground freight is the best solution for cost effectivity. Exactly freight rates we can only give you if we know the details of amount, weight and way. Please contact us for further information.

We ship to locations within Canada and can also arrange shipping to U.S. locations.

We will ship your scooter within 1-3 business days of your order placement. We will use the Freight to carry your products. The delivery time depends on your location. Usually within 5-10 business days.
I have an order confirmation but no tracking number after a few days, why?
We usually book the freight though our broker , and there is a time difference between broker & Freight company and us.

You can make the payment by E-Transfer to our bank account, Western Union or major credit card.

Yes, we always use high quality shipping packaging. We also use specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage shippers for temperature sensitive items. Specialist packaging and non-standard packing requirements may incur an additional charge.

Once the scooter was picked up by a truck, refunds are not available. It’s simply impossible for us to get it ship back. Furthermore, the pickup cost for lifting a ultra big & heavy package back to warehouse is astronomical. We’d really think you should try our motorcycle, cause it’s pretty cool.

While we do have 15 days return policy if you insist, but a restocking fee of 20% may be deducted from refunds for items returned in their original condition within 15 days of purchase including but not limited to unauthorized returns.
